Typically, a couple of years ago, Distance Learning was described as an activity where educators were introducing in classrooms great technological achievements of our daily life, but didn’t actually use technology to their benefit in interacting with learners.
The idea in most cases was to use technology, if the circumstances required it, as a vessel only to continue teaching with traditional methodology in mind.
Today the demands for innovative ways of delivering education has changed and led to new learning and teaching methods versus the traditional way of teaching.
Together we will explore the possibilities of Distance Learning and explain the differences between Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning.
